RC Cost Group provides construction cost planning and management services to owners, architects, engineers and institutions. 

Founded by a pair of industry veterans with nearly 60 years of combined experience of preconstruction services, our approach to cost estimating at RC Cost Group Is to work closely with the design team and owner. We align expectations between our clients and design teams to ensure our clients get the project they desire whilst providing best value on cost.

Andy and Mark previously worked together over 15 years ago, Mark went on to to work for some of the top 25 General Contractors in the Pacific Northwest while Andy formed his own Cost Consulting firm, working with many of the area's leading design firms.  Now reunited they are looking to bring their combined preconstruction experiences to offer unparalleled construction cost advice.

We consistently demonstrate a track record of staying within pre-determined budgets which means we are constantly problem solving, working to find ways to reduce cost and maintain projects on budget, with a successful outcome when projects bid.
