MELIA BLANKENSHIP, ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL

Melia is a licensed architect and has been working in the AEC industry in the Pacific and Inland Northwest for almost 15 years. She’s been involved in every part of the preconstruction phase of a project, from leading large design and engineering teams to facilitating VE exercises and project management services for owners. 

Having worked with dozens of General Contractors across the west coast on projects ranging from $1M to $500M, Melia has experience in a wide range of project types and delivery methods including campus-wide planning, developer-led new construction, design-build and GCCM led projects.

Melia’s portfolio includes extensive experience in the PK-12 and higher education market sectors, as well as other commercial, mixed-use and healthcare projects. She is a highly skilled architect, project manager, negotiator and collaborator.
