Mark Richardson, Managing Partner

Mark is a construction industry veteran with over 30 years of preconstruction experience.  

Mark has lived in the Pacific Northwest for over twenty years and has worked for some of the top 25 General Contractors in the area.  

Mark has provided preconstruction services for a wide-range of project types and delivery methods. He has led the preconstruction effort from small tenant improvements to $250 million campus expansions efforts. 

He is skilled in collaborating with design teams beginning with conceptual design and programming through to construction documents.  He has extensive experience with GC-CM procurement, working as both a General Contractor and Independent Cost Consultant.
