GC Estimate review

We provide third party independent General Contractor estimate reviews. We will analyze the GC estimate detail and compare with the Design Documents. We will comment if costs are a concern for both quantities, unit rates, scope of work and mark ups. We will then meet to discuss our findings with the design team, owner and general contractor.
