Change Order Review

During construction we will review change order requests making sure that payment requests are correct and in accordance with contract requirements. All change order requests will be reviewed first for authenticity and if valid, the value will be ascertained and evaluated in accordance with the procedure outlined in the contract. If necessary, we will negotiate with the contractor to establish a fair price for the work.
