DAN CASSADY, ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL

Dan has over 30 years of experience in cost estimating and project management throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Dan is experienced in all types of public project, but his main focus has been K-12 education and he has estimated or reviewed over 1,000 K-12  projects in his career.  As a result of this, Dan is one of the premier estimators of K-12 projects in the area.

Dan's proficiency includes estimating projects from Conceptual Design thru to Construction Documents.

He is also skilled in negotiating, having reconciled many GCCM school projects that range from $1 million to $150 million.
